A: We currently ship physical products to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Germany and France.

A: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. As all orders are shipped from Australia using tracked postal services, international shipping costs may be higher than expected. These prices reflect the current rates charged by the shipping carriers we use and help ensure your order arrives safely.

A: Digital downloads become available once a release has officially launched. They are updated on the website following the release date and are available for instant download after purchase.
Q: What file formats are the digital downloads?
A: Digital downloads are provided in high quality MP3 format with embedded artwork. Physical CDs contain high quality WAV audio.
Q: How will I receive my digital music?
A: After completing your purchase, you'll receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and via email.
Q: Are any of the products scented?
A: Yes. Some LyricCode products, including certain limited editions, may include scented elements such as candles or lightly fragranced packaging to complement the atmosphere of a release. If you have allergies or sensitivities to fragrances, please consider this before purchasing. While every effort is made to provide accurate product descriptions, LyricCode cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from the use or handling of scented products.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
