LyricCode offers both digital downloads and physical products. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Digital downloads
All digital music purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you select the correct tracks or bundle before completing your purchase.
Physical products
If there is an issue with your physical order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at lyriccodemusic@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an email confirming whether your request has been approved or declined, along with the next steps where applicable.
We may request photographic or video evidence to help assess the issue and ensure a fair resolution. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Please note that claims suspected to involve misuse, fraud, or artificially generated or misleading evidence (including AI-generated evidence) will not be accepted.
